Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable and sustainable sales growth in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals
• Identify new business leads and manage the sales cycle through to closure
• Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
• Recommend suitable products and solutions from the portfolio based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer service
• Support customers with technical or product-related issues
• Manage customer complaints professionally
• Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction, sales, or business development
• Strong technical understanding of construction applications and materials
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to engage with contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders
• Civil Engineering background or strong motivation to transition from technical to commercial roles is ideal
