About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence for high-risk onboarding, name screening, and KYC refresh for ongoing due diligence
- Assess completeness and quality of KYC documentation for Business Banking customers
- Ensure adherence to compliance risk mitigation and Central Bank regulatory requirements
- Raise precise requests for information (RFIs) for documentation
- Analyze KYC data, documentation, and negative news to determine client risk profiles
- Identify red flags linked to financial crime during ongoing due diligence
- Conduct name screening for customers and related parties
- Adhere to defined SLAs regarding timeliness and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, law, accounting, economics, or commerce
- Good knowledge and experience of KYC procedures and systems
- Exemplary knowledge of Business Banking (SME sector) KYC policies and processes
- Strong analytical, review, and assessment skills of bank compliance procedures and IT systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance compliance requirements with business needs
