About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers on client queries, requests and documentation
- Process client applications and maintain appropriate documentation
- Prepare requests for investment credit facilities and monitor leverage, maturities and repayments
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including the monthly sales report
- Coordinate with Operations, Investment Desk, middle office and back office teams
- Enter and monitor customer data on the core banking system
Requirements
- Ability to work within a team and build professional relationships
- Order reasoning and interpretation of regulatory rules and compliance policies
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Financial and investment services industry experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and multilingual skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail banking, trust products and investment products
