Associate, Client Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of investment services and philosophy
• Map ecosystem including clients, prospects, and influencers
• Conduct background research on opportunities
• Coordinate engagement and outreach plans
• Participate in client calls and write briefing documents
• Write proposal letters and respond to RFPs
• Prepare PowerPoint materials for meetings
• Schedule and plan prospective client meetings
• Update CRM system and report on trends
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams
• Share industry trends and competitor information

Requirements

• Excellent client solutions experience within the institutional investment industry
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently and partner effectively
• Undergraduate degree required
• Existing network in the MEA region is a plus
