About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the target-setting process for Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals and track performance against targets.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, sales productivity, and commercial metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on high-volume datasets to identify business opportunities and revenue growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitor performance and pricing strategies to provide actionable market recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams to provide analytical insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Design executive-level dashboards and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis in collaboration with Strategy and Finance teams.
- Work closely with the sales team on the floor to understand business challenges and prepare sales enablement kits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- 2-3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, or sales enablement.
- Proven experience working within the e-commerce, internet, or digital media sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard Tools.
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
