About the role
Responsibilities
- Build executive-ready presentations and commercial narratives to identify customer performance opportunities
- Create data-driven sales stories to unlock growth across customer segments
- Equip Sales teams with fact-based differentiation and value propositions
- Diagnose product-adoption gaps and usage friction using behavioral insights
- Translate account plans into product-led adoption strategies
- Conduct competitive benchmarking using product-usage and market data
- Develop tools and processes to improve Commercial team productivity
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, or sales enablement within a tech company or management consulting firm
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven experience building analytical models and value frameworks
- Experience developing presentations for senior audiences
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree from a leading institution
- Strong SQL knowledge is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM, XLRI, ISB)
