Associate, Commercial Analytics

Responsibilities

• Build executive-ready presentations and commercial narratives to identify customer performance opportunities
• Create data-driven sales stories to unlock growth across customer segments
• Equip Sales teams with fact-based differentiation and value propositions
• Diagnose product-adoption gaps and usage friction using behavioral insights
• Translate account plans into product-led adoption strategies
• Conduct competitive benchmarking using product-usage and market data
• Develop tools and processes to improve Commercial team productivity

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, or sales enablement within a tech company or management consulting firm
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proven experience building analytical models and value frameworks
• Experience developing presentations for senior audiences
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree from a leading institution
• Strong SQL knowledge is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM, XLRI, ISB)
