Responsibilities
- Project management
- Works well with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Have a good knowledge of where Deel is hiring and Deel services
- Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
- Preventing and eliminating churn
- Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel
Requirements
- Ideally 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
- Has experience within a Regional/Global book of business
- Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
- Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
- Take good ownership & accountability
- You speak, read and write in English and German fluently
- You are based within EMEA timezone
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
- Experience working in a remote team
- Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
- Fintech or HR tech experience
