Associate Customer Success Manager | DACH

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Works well with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
• Have a good knowledge of where Deel is hiring and Deel services
• Set up outreach campaigns for customer base
• Preventing and eliminating churn
• Growing relationships with a larger book of clients and promoting their growth at Deel

Requirements

• Ideally 1-2+ years of experience within Customer Success
• Has experience within a Regional/Global book of business
• Experience in outreach campaigns & automation
• Used to deal with escalations, or frustrating customers
• Take good ownership & accountability
• You speak, read and write in English and German fluently
• You are based within EMEA timezone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
• Experience working in a remote team
• Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
• Fintech or HR tech experience
