About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, structure, and execute corporate finance deals
- Assume responsibility for deal origination and structuring of Sharia-compliant financing solutions
- Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and credit analysis
- Supervise associates and provide deal team leadership
- Manage deal dynamics and meet client requirements
- Prepare and negotiate term sheets, mandate letters, and facility documentation
- Ensure compliance with Sharia requirements and central bank regulations
- Develop a robust deals pipeline to meet financial objectives
- Support internal reporting and portfolio monitoring
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, advisory, or private equity
- Strong track record in end-to-end deal structuring and execution
- Sophisticated understanding of financing considerations and LMA standards
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Outstanding academic record (Masters, MBA, CFA, or CA)
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex transactions
What we look for

- Experience in UAE or GCC markets
