About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial agreements, budgets, expenditures and payments
- Ensure timely execution of clinical research programs from conception through final study report
- Supervise external contract organizations for site interaction, monitoring, data management and biostatistics
- Maintain oversight of studies at study centers including start-up, monitoring and closure
- Contribute to protocols, Investigator Brochures, FDA briefing documents and ISTs
- Provide direct supervision of Clinical Operations team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health or science related area
- 8+ years pharmaceutical or biotech clinical research experience
- Oncology or immuno-oncology experience required
- Experience leading phase 1-4 and investigator-initiated trials
- Strong managerial, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EDC systems
