Associate Director, Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial operations framework supporting sponsorship, partnership, and business development activity
• Own governance of the commercial pipeline, ensuring visibility of opportunities, values, and deadlines
• Oversee CRM requirements, data quality, and ongoing system improvements
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc commercial reporting for senior stakeholders
• Act as an operational interface between commercial leads, regional sales teams, and business functions
• Resolve operational blockers and escalate material risks or dependencies
• Manage and develop commercial operations resources through coaching and guidance

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial operations, sponsorship sales, or business development
• Proven experience managing complex sales pipelines and commercial processes
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, markets, and specialist disciplines
• Experience managing, coaching, or developing team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within sponsorship, sports, entertainment, esports, or major events
