About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, structure, and execute corporate finance deals in collaboration with coverage and credit teams
- Assume full responsibility for deal origination and the structuring of financing solutions
- Lead financial modeling, due diligence, credit analysis, and Sharia structuring
- Supervise associates within CFIB and provide deal team leadership
- Prepare and negotiate term sheets, mandate letters, and facility documentation
- Lead syndication strategy and prepare bank presentations
- Ensure compliance with Sharia requirements, Central Bank regulations, and internal risk policies
- Develop and maintain a robust deals pipeline in line with financial objectives
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, Advisory, or private equity
- Direct experience in financial modeling, capital raising, and business valuations
- Experience working at a leading international, regional, or UAE bank, preferably within the GCC
- Outstanding academic record with a Masters, MBA, CFA, or CA from a reputed university
- Sophisticated understanding of financing considerations and LMA standards
- Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of managing end-to-end deal lifecycles
