About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for domestic artists to maximize reach and engagement
- Lead social media, content development, digital advertising, and CRM initiatives
- Build campaign timelines, content strategies, and activation plans
- Partner with artist managers, touring teams, and brand partners to ensure success
- Develop strategic partnerships with DSPs, brands, and media agencies
- Monitor streaming and campaign performance using data and analytics
- Manage campaign budgets and ROI targets
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and fan behaviors in the Middle East
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in music, entertainment, digital media, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Middle East media and entertainment landscape
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and streaming ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Passionate about music and culture
