Associate Director, Family Group and Diversified Conglomerates

Responsibilities

• Manage large account portfolios and client relationships within the Family Groups & Conglomerates segment
• Support day-to-day administrative and transactional activities including client calls and payment processing
• Manage KYC and compliance requirements in accordance with Bank and regulatory policies
• Coordinate client transactions, documentation review, and internal approval processes
• Maintain credit quality of client relationships within the portfolio
• Develop Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, and mandate letters
• Support relationship managers in originating new business opportunities and achieving financial targets
• Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports for the unit

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment or corporate banking coverage
• Knowledge of the banking sector and FAB's products and business strategies
• Proficiency in banking software systems and computer applications
• Strong skills in data analysis, financial modelling, credit analysis, and FOREX
• Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities
