About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage risk within given parameters in a profitable manner
- Price deals to win business and support the franchise
- Maintain FAB's position as a top market maker in the MENA region
- Prepare marketing materials and collaborate with distribution
- Generate trade ideas and write market updates
- Provide pricing and execute trades for market counterparties and internal customers
Requirements
- Degree level education, ideally BSc/BA in Finance, Economics, or Science
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in markets
- Proven track record of managing risk effectively and delivering financial performance
- Exceptional technical skills and product knowledge
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel for building and supporting trading sheets
- Ability to operate under extreme pressure
