About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of leveraged and sponsor financing transactions
- Manage relationships with financial sponsors and corporate clients
- Conduct deep-dive credit analysis and risk assessment for complex debt structures
- Oversee the structuring and documentation of financing deals
Requirements
- Proven track record in Leveraged Finance or Sponsor Financing
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation
- Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to closing
- Professional experience within a banking or investment environment
