About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development of annual and multi-year congress strategies across Kardigan's portfolio
- Identify and prioritize congress opportunities aligned with Medical Affairs objectives, evidence generation milestones, scientific communication priorities, and launch readiness goals
- Define congress-specific objectives, success metrics, stakeholder engagement plans, and insight-generation priorities
- Support Medical Affairs activities across the full congress lifecycle including pre-congress planning, during-congress execution, and post-congress assessment
- Lead development and management of integrated congress planning processes, timelines, governance structures, and cross-functional execution plans
- Partner on faculty identification and management, content strategy, scientific messaging, and educational objectives
- Partner with Scientific Communications to extend congress impact through omnichannel communications
Requirements
- Experience leading congress strategy development and execution in a medical affairs context
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional planning processes and timelines
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and insight generation at scientific congresses
- Experience in medical symposia and scientific exchange strategy
