Responsibilities

• Develop and own the UAE, KSA, and Egypt GTM strategy across major holding groups
• Manage strategic relationships with agency leadership and own revenue pipeline targets
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Agency Partner Managers
• Drive excellence in pipeline planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
• Influence product roadmap by providing strategic feedback on formats and measurement solutions
• Act as a foundational builder for Careem Ads' infrastructure and playbooks

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in media sales, digital advertising, or agency partnerships
• Proven track record of scaling agency ecosystems and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/BI tools
• Working knowledge of digital media landscapes (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for efficiency
• Experience building or scaling a partnership function from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-endemic categories and brand advertising ecosystems
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
