About the role
Responsibilities
- Originate and structure Investment Banking capital-raising solutions for corporate clients
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagements, including approvals
- Establish and lead origination strategies for specific sectors and regional markets
- Maintain engagement with large corporate clients, government entities, banks and advisors
- Coordinate with relationship, operations and Sharia teams on transaction documentation and disbursement
- Work with legal counsel independently on transactions
- Support the syndication team in setting up the narrative for distributing risk to investors
