Associate Director - Private Banking Front Office

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to a portfolio of HNW clients to develop close relationships and maximize profitable contribution.
• Enhance Private Banking sales, acquisition, and revenues through cross-selling bank products.
• Source new business from HNW individuals via referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
• Optimize client base value by delivering Private Banking products and identifying new customers.
• Structure advice based on client needs and partner with other bank professionals to maximize revenues.
• Achieve revenue goals and growth targets across investments, term deposits, CASA balances, TCM, FX trading, and share financing.
• Acquire 'new to bank' HNW clients while maintaining superior customer service.
• Safeguard the bank from potential loss, AML fraud, and ensure ethical professional behavior.

Requirements

• University Graduate with a Certification or Diploma in sales or marketing.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a bank or financial services company.
• Must be certified by the Securities & Commodities Authorities (SCA) for selling investments.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, and selling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and networking skills.
• Ability to work with cultural sensitivity.
