Associate Director - Private Banking Front Office

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to a portfolio of HNW clients to build close, profitable relationships
• Enhance Private Banking sales and revenues through cross-selling of bank products
• Source new Super HNW business through referrals, marketing and personal contacts
• Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered across the bank's departments
• Achieve revenue, sales and portfolio growth targets across investments, deposits, FX and trade products
• Acquire new-to-bank HNW clients and minimize customer attrition
• Safeguard the bank against AML and fraud risk while ensuring ethical behavior

Requirements

• University graduate
• Strong numbers, selling and financial market knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
• Relationship management and networking skills
• At least 2 years of similar experience with a UAE bank or financial services firm
• SII certification for selling investments
