Associate Director, Project & Sustainable Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the APF team in originating, structuring and executing APF transactions for FAB clients globally across the CIB and FIG segments
• Support the Team Head in developing and implementing the Aviation Industry and Project Finance Business Strategies
• Develop a strong understanding of the Aviation sector including Airlines, Lessors, Manufacturers, and Aviation Banks
• Support ESG initiatives for the loans business and provide regular updates on developments in the ESG space
• Support Project financing transaction inclusion of Equator Principle reporting
• Prepare projections, analyze cash flow models, and run sensitivities
• Prepare pitch books, term sheets, information memorandums, financial models, and mandate letters
• Review feasibility reports, financial statements, and due diligence reports
• Support the review and conclusion of financing and security documentation to ensure compliance with credit approved terms
• Maintain pricing details for all APF transactions

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Finance (PF) and Aviation Finance
• Good knowledge of Global and Regional Aviation and Project Finance sectors
• Understanding of International Aviation debt markets and syndicated loan markets
• Knowledge of PF structures, typical participants, assessment tools, and debt capital markets
