Associate Director - Regulatory and Risk Advisory/Corporate Treasury

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice, including capability building and revenue expansion
• Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers to influence investment decisions and treasury transformation
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, develop market propositions, and contribute to thought leadership
• Own revenue generation by leading pursuits, shaping proposals, and converting opportunities
• Lead and oversee complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective risk management
• Anticipate emerging trends and regulatory developments to translate them into strategic client solutions

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of corporate Treasury (In-House Banks, Payment Factories, POBO/COBO, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, FX)
• Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects (TOM design, banking strategy, or TMS implementation)
• Technical knowledge of treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP Hana, or GTreasury
• Experience in financial modeling and financial risk management
• Knowledge of treasury products pricing and accounting treatments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and RFP responses
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury or advisory within a financial institution or consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or CFA
• Proficiency in analytical and treasury systems like Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, or ION
• Fluency in English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus
