Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Oversee pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting
  • Personally drive key enterprise-level deals and support complex sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams
  • Partner with Partnerships and Sales Operations to optimize lead flow
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top sales talent
  • Partner with leadership on territory planning and compensation modeling

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales
  • Proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries
  • Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales
  • Deep understanding of U.S market dynamics and commercial trends
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and tools like Apollo, Outreach, or HubSpot
  • Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem
  • Experience managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and team development
