Associate Director – Services

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement development strategies for clients including sister companies, government, and commercial entities
• Manage existing clients to achieve budgets, strategic business targets, and performance objectives
• Champion and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and functions
• Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, industry briefings, and external forums
• Provide leadership and guidance to account managers and staff within the division
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues and strengthen trust
• Lead new client pitching, proposal creation, and the onboarding process
• Prepare internal and external reports as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
• 10-12 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 3-5 years of managerial experience leading a group of people
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals or Medical Consumables
