About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site alliance strategies with clinical institutions, investigators and site leadership
- Lead start-up optimization with internal and external Study Start-Up teams
- Serve as Clinical Operations interface and escalation point for site alliance matters
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align site engagement with study priorities
- Identify, onboard and cultivate new sites supporting portfolio needs
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and relationship health measures
- Contribute to portfolio planning and Clinical Operations transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, pharmacy or health-related area
- 10+ years of clinical trial operations experience
- 3+ years in a site-facing clinical trial role strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and inspection readiness
- Ability to travel up to 25-30%
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- Experience managing teams directly or through a matrix
- Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder communication skills
