About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies, content frameworks and annual plans
- Drive paid and organic social performance, monitor KPIs and provide ROI reporting
- Oversee content planning, channel management and audience engagement
- Lead influencer partnerships and explore social commerce opportunities
- Partner with Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing and business units
- Establish social media policies, monitoring processes and escalation frameworks
- Manage social media budgets, agency relationships and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Media, Marketing, Media or related field
- 10+ years in social media, digital or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot and Google Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or diploma in Social Media
