About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategies across Marketing, IT, and Corporate Services
- Oversee spend analysis, market intelligence, cost assessments, contract development, and supplier relationship management
- Guide the team to follow standardized sourcing processes and governance
- Deliver cost optimization initiatives and value-creation projects
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Integrate market insights into sourcing plans and supplier strategies
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance with budgets and frameworks
Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Solid experience in Marketing, IT, or Corporate Services categories
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in procurement systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP Ariba
- Ability to interpret complex data and assess market trends
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPS or Project Management certifications
- Experience in large-scale procurement organizations or leading consultancies
- Familiarity with data analytics tools
