About the Company

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates. The Stronger Change Office (SCO) is an affiliate-driven health care transformation office focused on strengthening affiliates and facilitating the innovation needed to build the Planned Parenthood of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Execute dynamic, project-based work to support business innovation and sustainability
  • Support the needs and priorities identified by Stronger affiliates
  • Promote inclusion and belonging as core values of PPFA
  • Work with others in a culturally informed way to facilitate organizational transformation
