About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop FI syndicated loan strategy across Asia, GCC, CIS & Africa
- Manage market checks, bookrunning, and execution of FI syndicated loan transactions
- Broaden investor coverage for syndicated loans in primary and secondary markets
- Assist in decision-making for transactions underwritten by Mashreq
- Work with origination teams to price and structure loan transactions
- Prepare underwriting memos and liquidity analysis
- Execute selective FI syndicated loan documentation
- Engage with counterparties to provide market knowledge and pricing trends
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in regional or global financial institutions
- Strong multi-product investment banking expertise with exposure to syndicated loans
- Strong credit skills and domestic/international market knowledge
- Proven investor coverage network in core markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and energetic personality with multi-tasking ability
