About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with matters in the Middle East Region
- Work on cutting-edge deals and complex, cross-border transactions
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented advice to clients
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
- Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions
- Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice
- English fluency (written and verbal) essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE
- Arabic language skills (written and verbal)
- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution
- Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE
