About the Company

Hone is the employee development platform powering the next generation of leaders and teams. We combine live leadership training with AI-powered coaching to help managers and teams build essential skills, adopt AI with confidence, and drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live, virtual training programs for organizations
  • Lead highly interactive 60-minute sessions for groups of 25-100+ learners
  • Help learners move from AI awareness to fluency and AI-native capabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year virtual facilitation experience
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for prompting, research, automation, and data analysis
  • Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • High level of comfort using Zoom, email, and Slack
