About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and advise leaders within the Care organization
- Own and enable strong performance management practices
- Support requests for workplace accommodations (ADA)
- Partner with Supervisors and Managers across a large non-exempt population
- Help leaders navigate complex people matters with empathy and consistency
Requirements
- Collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to take ownership of-performance management and ADA work
