Associate Legal Counsel - Arabic Native Speaker

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and summarize framework and main service agreements, service orders, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements
• Support the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, purchase orders and contract modifications
• Identify key legal and commercial risks and escalate high-risk issues to senior Legal & Compliance members
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual terms and approval requirements
• Support the resolution of accounts receivable issues and other contract-related business matters
• Participate in client discussions to clarify contractual positions and explore solutions
• Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, negotiations, and approvals
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support efficient contracting processes
• Contribute to the development of legal processes, templates and guidance materials

Requirements

• Qualified attorney or lawyer authorized to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in commercial and transactional legal matters
• Experience reviewing, drafting or negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience supporting Sales or business teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or contract management systems preferred
