About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager Trade Marketing in executing all trade marketing activities for assigned categories
- Develop RTM strategy documents to implement operating plans and achieve business targets
- Support the development of short-term and long-term channel sales strategies for Modern Trade customers
- Ensure daily issuance of sales tracking reports and monthly target updates
- Maintain and validate the customer master database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Drive Field Capability Score (FCS) through training and performance tracking
- Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) and track reports for GT and MT at the category level
- Track Trade Marketing expenses and audit merchandising execution in stores
- Formulate journey plans and effective sales routes for sales personnel
- Supervise and manage direct reports, including performance reviews and training
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience in the FMCG industry
- Specific experience in trade marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Knowledge of Value Chain Management, Category Management, and Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing
