Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinical operations of psychiatrists in the Behavioral Health practice
- Assist with practice hiring, interviewing, communications, and performance management
- Participate in innovation within care delivery models
- Lead projects improving care delivery, member experience, and clinician experience
