Associate - Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain demand forecast, OTB and inventory plans with Buying, Finance, Retail and Ecommerce
• Develop brand-level stock and supply plans by channel based on sales and buying budgets
• Oversee store allocation and replenishment parameters
• Prepare data for Sales and Operations Planning processes
• Challenge seasonal forecasts and input rolling forecasts for baseline products
• Manage markdown and liquidation plans to optimize turnover and protect margin
• Monitor planning KPIs such as full price sell-through, DOI, OTIF and fill rates
• Manage and mentor merchandise planners and allocators

Requirements

• 2-3 years in merchandise or supply planning, preferably retail or fashion
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Blue Yonder or SAP
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory management, OTB calculations and markdown planning
