Associate, Operations Compliance

Responsibilities

• Support operating projects with NERC processes and other compliance tasks
• Curate responses to regulators' requests for information
• Assess whether site activities create regulatory compliance impacts or obligations
• Manage the transition of projects from construction to operations
• Interact with regulators, operating-site personnel, legal, and operations teams

Requirements

• Experience leading operational readiness and compliance initiatives for operating assets
• Proficiency in interpreting regulatory requests and translating field work into compliance workflows
• Background managing compliance requirements across cyber, operational, and planning standards
• Foundation in regulatory, compliance, or related operating-project work
• Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional communication
• Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to ISOs/RTOs, including CAISO or ERCOT
• Prior work for a consultant or an independent power producer
• Public Utility Commission regulatory experience
• Experience with policy and procedure building
• Knowledge of NERC processes and ISO/RTO environments
