Associate - People Partner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning activities including requisition management and coordination with Talent Acquisition Partners
• Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
• Manage internal HR operational processes through systems, including internal transfers, promotions, and organizational updates
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives through internal communications and engagement action plans
• Support budget and workforce governance activities including headcount tracking and budget analysis
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and people reports to support leadership discussions
• Support the delivery of people initiatives, change management activities, and onboarding experiences
