Associate - People Relations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team on ad-hoc HR requests and daily operations
• Handle incidents, warnings, and terminations in line with company policy
• Conduct regular audits of employee documents and ensure all records are accurate
• Process employee residence visa applications, renewals, cancellations
• Manage employee medical and health insurance enrolment, renewals, additions, removals
• Prepare reporting using Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and presentations
• Support Emiratization-related tracking and reporting
• Manage admin-heavy tasks across HR operations while meeting deadlines
• Coordinate with frontline teams on day-to-day HR matters

Requirements

• Familiar with HR policies, laws & regulations
• Strong communicator, preferably Arab speaker
• Comfortable on operational and executional nature of the job
• People person, comfortable dealing directly with employees on sensitive matters
• Flexible and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities
• Quick worker, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to grow within field and reliable
