About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive two-year program designed to transition high-potential talent into senior Portfolio Manager positions
- Refine investment skills through immersive exposure and intensive training across various hedge fund disciplines
- Develop, implement, and grow a specialized investment strategy
- Work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive alpha generation
- Contribute to the firm's legacy of excellence in discretionary macro, systematic, emerging markets, or event-driven strategies
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, or market making
- Proven expertise in a specific investment strategy and its related markets
- Entrepreneurial risk-taking mindset with a desire to build a book
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments
- Must submit a CV, investment track record (if available), and a detailed outline of a proposed investment strategy
