Associate Principal - Long Term Asset Allocation

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of long-term macroeconomic outlooks, investment scenarios, and market narratives
• Conduct research on secular trends and asset class developments to assess implications for strategic asset allocation
• Support the development of forward-looking return, risk, and correlation assumptions across public and private markets
• Assist in the design, analysis, and stress testing of strategic asset allocation frameworks and portfolio construction methodologies
• Prepare investment research, presentations, and memoranda for internal stakeholders
• Undertake ad hoc research and quantitative analysis to support asset allocation and broader investment strategy decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, macroeconomic research, or portfolio construction
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and its implications for financial markets
• Experience conducting independent market and investment research
• Knowledge of expected return frameworks and asset allocation methodologies
• Quantitative analytical skills
• UAE National

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation
• Postgraduate qualification
• Familiarity with AI-enabled research tools
