About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of technical support for Redox customers
- Resolve day-to-day connectivity, configuration, and messaging issues
- Monitor production feeds
- Diagnose technical issues quickly using troubleshooting skills
- Educate customers and technical partners on the use of self-service tools such as config modifiers, log inspector, alerting, and translation sets
