Associate Proposals Consultant

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and submit RFI, RFP and security questionnaire responses using APMP-aligned practices
• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to shape evaluator-facing messaging and keep responses on time
• Coordinate input from Product, Security, Legal and Customer Success SMEs
• Use internal response AI tools to generate first-pass answers, then edit for voice and win themes
• Track response outcomes such as win rate and closed-won ARR influenced
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SRM workflow, intake and tooling

Requirements

• At least two years managing or drafting RFx responses for commercial or public sector clients
• Strong business writing skills in plain English
• Experience coordinating cross-functional input under deadline pressure
• Detail-first mindset for formatting and compliance requirements
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience responding to RFx on behalf of a software or SaaS company
• Familiarity with CAIQ, SIG or SOC 2 artifacts
• APMP certification at Foundation, Practitioner or Professional level
• Knowledge of public sector procurement workflows
• Familiarity with fleet management, telematics or B2B operational software
