Associate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Division Head and RMs in the maintenance of assigned relationships, including preparation of credit approval packages and AC memos
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and assess credit requests, including new requests, refinancing, and annual due diligence reviews
• Attend client calls and meetings to support business growth and operational matters
• Work with product partners to maximize cross-sell opportunities
• Verify accuracy of client information and monitor credit worthiness of counterparties
• Liaise with Risk, Legal, and Sharia departments to prepare necessary security and documentation
• Achieve financial targets assigned to the portfolio, such as revenue and RORC
• Ensure regular interaction with clients to address banking needs and increase share of wallet
• Track review dates and ensure facilities are renewed or deferred on a timely basis
• Maintain and reconcile credit files and ensure adherence to all KPIs
• Ensure compliance with group policies, Sharia requirements, and Central Bank regulations

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, including data, financial, and credit analysis
• Knowledge of Credit Policy & Procedures
• Relevant credit training
• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Teamwork, adaptability, and negotiation skills
• Problem solving and information gathering skills
