About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively source and acquire new-to-bank customers within assigned segment
- Manage assigned portfolio of lower-tier clients and deepen wallet share
- Manage complete account opening process including KYC and documentation review
- Submit and track service requests through internal systems
- Coordinate with operations and compliance for smooth execution
- Maintain client records, pipeline and call memos
Requirements
- 3-5 years banking experience, preferably Corporate or SME segments
- Experience in account opening, documentation review and service requests
- UAE based experience
- Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail
- Client-facing communication and time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to liability growth, customer acquisition and cash management sales
