About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Senior RMs in processing client requests for NTB acquisition
- Manage client service requests including account opening, documentation, and investment bookings
- Oversee investment redemptions and fund transfers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions
- Generate accurate investment reports and client statements
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of international wealth coverage
- Handle client walk-ins at priority and private banking centers
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management, or banking operations
- Experience in processing client transactions and investment products
- Strong operational and client servicing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including KYC and AML
