About the role
Responsibilities
- Process client service requests including account opening, investment bookings, redemptions and fund transfers
- Ensure client transactions are timely, accurate and compliant with procedures and regulation
- Support clients and RMs with debit cards, cheque books and documentation
- Generate investment reports and client statements on time
- Manage walk-in clients at wealth coverage centers
- Collaborate with investment advisors, operations and compliance teams
- Monitor compliance matters including KYC and AML requirements
Requirements
- Experience in client transactions and account management in wealth management preferred
- Strong operational and client servicing skills with focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements
