About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, track milestones and dependencies
- Proactively identify blockers, resolve challenges and escalate risks
- Monitor project performance and provide clear status updates
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline project management workflows
- Support product launches, system implementations and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, program management or operations
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams
- Comfortable working with technical systems, APIs and data
- AI-first mindset with hands-on use of AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS or API-driven platforms
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Linear or Monday.com
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar analytics tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
