About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new affluent customers and solicit business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals
- Identify customer needs through financial planning and provide banking, insurance, and investment solutions
- Offer suitable wealth management products and explain associated risks
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to deepen relationships and reduce attrition
- Handle enquiries and execute financial transactions and orders
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements including KYC and AML
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure objectives are met
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related discipline
- Registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8
- Registered TR (General & Long Term) with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent listening and influencing skills
- CFP or CFA designation is an advantage
